Networking

One goal of PULSE is to help connect faculty with each other and with the many excellent initiatives working to improve undergraduate biology education. We have much to learn from each other!

To help facilitate the exchange of ideas and to build supportive communities PULSE established six regional networks. These PULSE communities of practice are composed of faculty from institutions of every type and size.  Click on your region link below to locate members and see what is happening in your regional network.

Regional Networks: 1) Pacific Northwest; 2) Southwest; 3) Midwest-Great Plains; 4) Southeast; 5) Mid-Atlantic; 6) New England

To share announcements of upcoming meetings, workshops, etc., please go to "Events" and click on "Add" in the upper right hand corner. To share resources go to the Contribute page.

Please network with others in the PULSE Community by sharing how your department is progressing in its alignment with Vision & Change recommendations. Please share your experiences as a change agent at your institution and describe your department's challenges and progress on the Stories of Change discussion forum. Please include your institution's full name for search purposes, your name, and please identify where in the PULSE transformation cycle you estimate your department to be.

To connect with other PULSE members you can search the members list or look for members in your geographic area on the PULSE  Community Overview.
